| 11:00 AM - 3:00 PM | Historic District Farmers' Market Each Tuesday, from May 8th until October 23rd, the Historic District Bethlehem Farmers’ Market will be held in the Sun Inn Courtyard. 15-20 Farmers will sell their produce from 11am-3pm. Like most Farmers Markets, this is a “producer only” market, which means that food items sold are produced or grown by the vendors. Vendors must be full or part-time producers of products offered for sale at the market. |
| 4:00 PM - 8:00 PM | Cancer Prevention Study - 3 To better understand ways to prevent cancer, the American Cancer Society is recruiting men and women across the US and Puerto Rico for a landmark new research study – Cancer Prevention Study-3 (CPS-3). Enrollment is being made possible in partnership with First Presbyterian Church of Bethlehem on July 7, from 9 a.m. to 12:30 p.m, and on July 10 from 4 to 7:30 p.m. Individuals may choose to participate if they are willing to make a long-term commitment to the study (which involves completing follow-up surveys periodically over the next 20-30 years), are between the ages of 30 and 65 years old and have never been diagnosed with cancer.
