Chef Roberto Santibanez, chef/owner of Fonda restaurant in Brooklyn, president of Truly Mexican Consulting in New York, author of two cookbooks and a member of The Culinary Institute of America's Latin Cuisines Advisory Council, will prepare a gourmet dinner with NCC's culinary arts students. |
