February 27 – March 2 is National Eating Disorder Awareness Week. The Personal Counseling office at Troy University invites all students to take part in our free, on-line eating disorder screening during this week. Simply go to our website, troy.troy.edu/save, and click on the link at the bottom of the page. It only takes a few minutes and the results are completely confidential. Tau Beta Sigma is hosting a Hot Dog Eating Contest in the Long Hall Band Room on Thursday, March 1 from 7-830. Admission is $2: to compete is $5. Prizes include $50 gift card to Momma Goldbergs. Contestants will go head to head to see who can eat the most hot dogs in 10 minutes. Anyone who yacks during or within the 5 minutes following the contest is disqualified.
*Contestants must show up by 6:30 to sign in and fill out a liability form.

Delta Chi Fraternity's philanthropy will be March 1st, 2nd, and 3rd at the Delta Chi Fraternity Castle. We will begin Thursday March 1st at ten with the band MissUsed. Friday, March 2nd will be a DJ Party, then we will finish on March 3rd with the Whiskey River Band. Tickets will be $10 per person, one ticket will get you in at anytime for all three nights. All proceeds will go toward benefiting the Jimmy V Foundation. |

| Volunteer Opportunity - An Evening with Tim Tebow

Volunteers needed for - An Evening with Tim Tebow - On Friday, March 16, Baptist Health presents - An Evening with Tim Tebow benefiting Cancer Wellness Foundation of Central Alabama. Friday, March 16 (during Spring Break) they are looking for volunteers to work this event. There are two shifts available, from 10 am to 4pm (pre-event) and 3 pm to 10 pm (before, during and after event). Volunteers will assist with such tasks as setup, decor, serving, check-in, hosting and clean up. All volunteers who will be on hand for the event working the 3 to 10 pm shift are asked to wear black business attire (black dress or black top/slacks for women; dark suit with white shirt for men) with a blue or orange accent (in honor of Mr. Tebow's Univ. of Florida and/or Denver Bronco affliations).
