Event Description
The Future is Now traces an evolution of the instrumentalization of art by way of the exhibition medium - from Szeemann’s "Documenta 5", Martha Rosler’s "If You Lived Here" and sculpture project "Münster to Manifesta", Bilbao and the Frieze Art Fair. These ideas are examined within the context of Bureau for Open Culture, an institution practice by James Voorhies.
