Event Description In the bestseller True Professionalism: The Courage to Care About Your People, Your Clients, and Your Career, David Maister states that the term professionalism “is not a label you give yourself — it is a description you hope others will apply to you.” In this workshop — presented by presented by Eric Brunner, Manager SPHR, Learning and Development — the five principles of true professionalism at Temple University will be revealed and explored. Workshop participants will grapple with real workplace situations that challenge one’s ability to be accountable, efficient, dependable, innovative and ethical while providing quality service and being a strong team member. |
