Event Description
An informative and exciting forum for women veterans to engage in dialogue about the challenges and rewards they experienced during their tour of military duty. The event will feature experienced, knowledgeable and expert panelists that will address healthcare, military sexual trauma, mental health, employment, education, homelessness and housing. The event will include a free luncheon sponsored by State Sen. Shirley Kitchen; a resource fair; and information on resources, services and opportunities for military women, veterans and their families.
Join us as we salute the many women veterans among us and provide them with a safe space in which to ask questions and share their experiences in all the branches of military service. |
