Register for Time Out Respite Program Summer Training: May 12 and 13

Event Description
Free 2 day training for students interested in providing companionship to the frail elderly at home to reduce their social isolation and ensure their safety. Students gain valuable experience in geriatrics. Students assist with meal preparation, take walks, and plan activities designed to promote physical and mental stimulation. Participating students work flexible hours and are paid $8/hour. Opportunity for PA students to use workstudy grants or volunteer.
