Event Description Speaker: Kenneth Finkel. Before joining Temple’s faculty, Finkel was the first executive director of WHYY’s Arts & Culture Service. Previously, Finkel served as a program officer at the William Penn Foundation and as curator of prints and photographs at the Library Company of Philadelphia. His books and exhibition catalogues include Nineteenth-Century Photography in Philadelphia and The Philadelphia Almanac and Citizens’ Manual. His essays have appeared in The Philadelphia Inquirer and The Washington Post.
