iPad Use in the Classroom

Event Description
Fox's Center for Innovation in Teaching and Learning and the Management Information Systems department will be hosting a workshop that will reveal information and expertise revolving around iPad (or Tablet) use in the classroom. This workshop is for professors who want to move their classrooms into a more digital, collaborative and engaging experience, or staff who want to stay informed of technological innovations in the classroom.
Discussion items include the continued learning curve we are going through with the iPad Honors pilot; 'Officially unofficial' iPad app Wiki site with summary information on many apps, recommended best standard 'App package' and a iPad inventory package that will save lot of time and get everyone comfortable with these new classroom tools.
