Event Description
Temple University’s Human Resources’ Learning and Development Division will honor its clerical, administrative and executive support staff. This year’s theme is "Stepping Out of Your Comfort Zone with Confidence." The program will provide creative, practical tools to enhance each participant’s ability to seize new opportunities, and address challenging situations that arise daily in one’s professional life. Participants will be encouraged to “step out of their comfort zones,” - boundaries within their minds that give a sense of security and familiarity, and embrace with confidence new ways of stretching themselves to their true potential in today’s workplace. This program will satisfy the University-wide 2011-12 competency, Resilience and Adaptability. APs will also have an opportunity to expand their Temple University professional network and discover available resources. |
