Event Description
Facilitated by Shubhada Menon, doctoral candidate (TESOL) and TA coordinator, Teaching and Learning Center.
Part one of a two-part series, "Grading and Assessment: How to avoid grade grief and assess effectively," this workshop provides participants with information and education research on creating rubrics for grading, and how to effectively use them to avoid grade grief. The second part of this series will be held on April 22, and will focus on how to use Blackboard effectively for students to be able to see their grades and view class grade statistics. It will showcase Excel gradebook and its limitations and benefits.
