Event Description:
In honor of Financial Literacy Month, the Entrepreneurial Student Association (ESA) and the Innovation and Entrepreneurship Institute will host Doug Fath, who will present "Student/Young Entrepreneur Funding of New Business Ventures." Fath is a serial, award-winning entrepreneur and investor who has sold two businesses, developed a multi-million dollar real estate portfolio and helped individuals throughout North America create passive income, wealth and create the lifestyle of their dreams while minimizing their tax liability in the process. Fath's real estate investment company is based in Philadelphia, and has focused on developing student housing and apartment buildings for the past 7 years. Fath taught his first class at age 19, purchased his first investment at the age of 20, started his first company at the age of 21 and purchased his first piece of real estate at age 22, before graduating with his bachelor’s degree from New York University’s Stern School of Business.
