This invited session questions what it means to do anthropology in an increasingly digital media ecology. Ali Kenner, from Drexel University, will address the challenges, opportunities, and various issues related to digital publication of anthropological research, as well as help us imagine the future of digital publishing. Todd Wolfson, from Rutgers University will discuss the intersection of new media and contemporary social movements, including his work as the founder of the Media Mobilizing Project.
