Event Description:
Group fitness programming, offered throughout Campus Recreation, is designed to provide participants the opportunity to engage in a wide variety of fitness sessions. Over 55 sessions are held each week, led by nationally certified leaders that design sessions to meet the fitness needs of all ages and levels. Different exercise modalities are offered through the group fitness program that focus on areas such as mind/body, sculpting and toning, cardiovascular endurance, dance, self-defense, and cross training.
