Nomination deadline: Undergraduate Academic Advising Awards

Event Description
The Office of the Vice Provost for Undergraduate Studies is accepting nominations for the Undergraduate Academic Advising Awards. Since 2005, Temple University has celebrated the work of our professional advisors, advising administrators and faculty advisors by selecting an outstanding candidate in each of these categories. Recipients receive a check for $1,000 and receive monetary support to attend a conference related to academic advising. A fourth category has been added this year — outstanding new advisor. The recipient of this award will be Temple’s nominee for NACADA’s Outstanding New Advisor Award.     Submit nominations by writing to the awards e-mail address: AcademicAdvisingAwards@temple.edu. Please include the nominee’s full name, title, department/school/college, office address, e-mail address, telephone and the award category. Self nominations are accepted.
