Event Description
Series Topic: "Do I Really Need One? Why Teaching Portfolios Make Sense for Your Teaching and Your Career"
 
Session 3: "Not Everything But the Kitchen Sink: How to Select Evidence for Your Teaching Portfolio."  In this hands-on session, faculty will take time to consider which items would best demonstrate their teaching effectiveness and best support the ideas introduced by the teaching philosophy.  We will consider selections and ways to frame those selections (i.e. with short narratives). Faculty will receive advice from circulating TLC staff and perhaps School of Medicine mentors.  This reflective, decision-making session prepares for session four.
