End Date: 11/9/2010End Time: 1:30 PM

Event Description
Video and computer games have had an enormous cultural, social and technological impact on today’s students. In addition to the widespread popularity of video games, their ability to maintain player engagement and create player communities has led to an increased interest among faculty in exploring the potential benefits of using video games in higher education. This event will feature a panel of faculty and staff at Temple University who have been both investigating and practicing some of the uses of computer games in teaching, learning, and research.
