Do you want to learn how to choose good wine? Join Greg Moore of Moore Brothers Wine Company and Department of Chemistry Chair Robert Levis to learn about the chemistry of wine and wine tasting. Levis will give an introduction to the chemistry of wine and Moore, who was sommelier at Le Bec Fin for nearly twenty years, will lead an informative tasting of several delicious wines from Moore Brothers. The event is $25 per person, which includes a light reception and the tasting.
