National Association for Multicultural Education 22nd International Conference

Event Description:
The National Association for Multicultural Education is holding its 22nd annual international conference, which is hosted by Temple. The theme of the conference is "Realizing the Power of Movements through Multicultural Education" and will explore the role of multicultural education in movements toward equity and social justice at the local, national and global levels through 9 keynote addresses, 21 intensive institutes, an international film festival, a student diversity leadership day and over 300 conference presentations.
Several Temple faculty and administrators will be presenting at the conference, including Dr. Molefi Asante, who will be giving a keynote address.
