Event Description
Dining Services along with a group of volunteers will be weighing students' food waste left on trays to educate the Temple community about reducing food waste. This is a follow up to last semester where they recorded 965 lbs of student food waste in 1 day. They challenge the Temple community to cut that number in half for this event.
