Find out on Wednesday, January 30th at 1:20pm in the Marshall Parker Auditorium as Dr. Holley Ulbrich discusses the economic decisions that the U.S. must face. Dr. Ulbrich is an Economics Professor Emeritus at Clemson University and senior fellow at the Strom Thurmond Institute. Her primary area of research is state and local public finance. She is the author of ten books and numerous articles and technical reports, and has served as a consultant/policy analyst for public agencies ranging from local and state governments to the federal government and the World Bank.
