Event Description
It is time to begin the budgeting process for fiscal year 2013. Those who have direct budget responsibility are expected to attend one of the workshops. But we encourage all employees to attend because everyone is involved in the strategic planning and budgeting processes. You will gain insight into where the college receives its funding and how it uses those funds. Galen will share ideas about how to use your budget as a tool to accomplish strategic activities. Honestly, it will be interesting! |
