Event Description We’ve seen them on various shows and witnessed Dr. Phil transform lives, but is what we see on TV an accurate portrayal of what it’s like to be a practicing psychologist? In this presentation, Gary Cabbage, a Licensed Professional Counselor from Walhalla, will discuss the reality of being a clinical practitioner and explain how the societal perception of his career and the reality he experiences are similar, as well as different. A question and answer session will follow.
Event will be held November 2 from 1:20-2:20 p.m. in the Marshall J. Parker Auditorium.
Sponsored by the Arts and Sciences Enrichment Series Committee. |
