Event Description Sometimes called the yoga of consciousness. The practice emphasizes breathing in coordination with movement. The intent of each session is to find balance and develop inner strength. All levels are welcome; since you're practicing moving with your inner awareness many modifications to poses will be shown. |

Admission Information: Registered undergraduate students can participate for free. Faculty, staff and graduate students require a group fitness punch card to participate, which can be purchased in the Wellness Center Office. One free trail class pass is available for new faculty, staff and graduate students. Please stop by the Wellness Center Office, SAC 225, for details or call the Wellness Center Office at 632-6850. |
Other Details: All classes are on a first come, first serve basis. You may check in up to 30 minutes prior to the class start with your SBU ID CARD and receive a wristband. It is advised you arrive early! |
