| New York Remembers Exhibition |
|
Event Description Stony Brook University has been selected as one of 30 statewide locations to host the "New York Remembers" Exhibition
commemorating the tenth anniversary of the attacks on the World Trade
Center. The exhibit, which contains important historical September 11th
artifacts, will be on display throughout September in the Skylight Lobby
of the Charles B. Wang Center weekdays from 8:00 am to 8:00 pm, and from
2:00 pm to 8:00 pm on weekends. The exhibition is free and open to the
public.
Today at 2:00 pm: Local and state officials as well as family members and first responders of 9/11 will be in attendance as Commissioner Benjamin Lawsky, Superintendent of the Department of Financial Services, officially launches the exhibit on behalf of Governor Andrew M. Cuomo. |
