Event Description
Join us for a day filled with exciting activities for children and
adults, including exhibitions of bonsai and sumi-e (ink paintings); an
interactive demonstration of ikebana (flower arrangements); a
traditional tea ceremony; a kimono fashion show; raku-yaki (pottery);
manga; origami; martial arts; and much more!
This year's festival also marks Kodomo no Hi (Children's Day) and the Centennial Celebration of the Gift of Cherry Blossoms from Japan to the United States.

Masayo Ishigure and Miyabi: Koto and Shamisen
10tecomai Dance Company: modern choreography with rock music
Ichifuji Kai: traditional & classical Japanese Dance.
Junko Fisher: Okinawan folk song and dance
