Event Description Final Reception held in conjunction with the Conference on Race and Representation.

February 12, 5:30 pm: Pre-Lecture Reception featuring Ethno-Mathematician and author of African Fractals, Ron Eglash, Professor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Talk begins at 6:00 pm.
February 20, 5:30 pm: Artist-in-Residence Saya Woolfalk will give
a talk about her work and residency. She will be working on campus
January 28–March 17, 2013. Talk begins at 6:00 pm.
Admission is free and open to members of the Stony Brook University
community and their guests. All programs are sponsored by the Simons
