Event Description Reception for the Nowhere Differentiable Exhibition,
featuring Ethno-Mathematician and author of African Fractals, Ron
Eglash, Professor at Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute. Talk begins at
6:00 pm.
Additional pre-lecture receptions during this exhibition:
February 20, 5:30 pm: Artist-in-Residence Saya Woolfalk will give
a talk about her work and residency. She will be working on campus
January 28–March 17, 2013. Talk begins at 6:00 pm.
February 21, 7:00 pm: Final Reception held in conjunction with the Conference on Race and Representation.
Admission is free and open to members of the Stony Brook University
community and their guests. All programs are sponsored by the Simons
