The Black Body in Literature, Media, and the Arts
This one-day symposium will examine how the Black body is presented in literature, media, and the Arts. Several panel presentations will take place.
Session I (10:00 am-11:20 am): Race and Representation in Film and Literature
Session II (11:40 am-1:10 pm): Race and Representation in the Arts
Roundtable Discussion (2:40 pm-3:40 pm)
