Event Description Come experience Korean dances, Bollywood songs, culinary delights from the Far East, an Asian fashion show, raffles and more at the Asian Extravaganza. This year’s event benefits Care International Japan in response to earthquake/tsunami relief efforts. Held annually, the Asian Extravaganza is developed and presented by the Asian Pacific American Medical Student Association (APAMSA) of Stony Brook University School of Medicine.
At the Asian Extravaganza, medical students sing, dance, act, and celebrate Asian culture. Entry to the event is free with a suggested $5 donation. The event is the largest of the APAMSA-sponsored lectures and community events developed by the organization each year.
