Event Description

Stony Brook University Medical Center is an environment where Patient Safety is top of mind. We consider everyone–healthcare professionals, family members, visitors, and patients themselves–to be part of a healthcare team whose members work together to ensure each patient’s safety.
 
What you can do to stay safe:  
Be Involved: Take part in your own health care.
Be Informed: Understand your diagnosis and what you need to do to improve your health.
Be Invested: Stay committed to dedicating time, energy and resources to improving your health.

·   Blood pressure, glucose, and cholesterol screenings
