Meets the 1st & 3rd Monday of each month.

Astonished Harvest is a program within the Center for Medical Humanities, Compassionate Care and Bioethics created with the aim to promote the reading and writing of poetry informed by the experiences of illness and healing. Its name is taken from a poem by John Stone.  We are a group composed of anyone–student, staff, faculty, or friend–interested in the interface of poetry and medicine, within or without the Health Sciences Center.
