Healthier U Walking Program: School of Dental Medicine Kick Off

Event Description
Healthier U is Stony Brook University’s exciting new wellness initiative for employees. It’s a program designed to address your total well being: mind, body and spirit.

Ray Williams, DMD, Dean of the School of Dental Medicine, will preside over the Dental School kickoff.

To encourage participation, free pedometers will be given to the first 500 employees who sign up. You can sign up by visiting the American Heart Association’s website.  The site gives you a variety of useful tools to track distances walked, create your own walking trails, etc.
