Event Description
CFAMilies
Sunday, February 3, 2013
2:00-3:30 PM
CFAMilies is back at the Cornell!
CFAMilies offers hands-on art projects for children of all ages and adults to enjoy together. Participants experience art through fun and creative projects drawn from the Cornell Fine Arts Museum's exhibitions.
This month’s CFAMilies will explore the work of Felrath Hines, Jeffrey Gibson, and Romare Bearden currently on display at the museum. Families will use pastels, construction paper, and found images to make art inspired by the techniques used and the themes and emotions expressed in these wonderful works.
Space is limited. Please RSVP by sending an email to cfameducation@rollins.edu. For materials planning purposes, please let us know how many people you plan to bring.
Cost: Free to all children and museum members. Non-member adults are $5. |
