Event Description
Learn the importance of preparation in negotiation and participate in
several negotiation exercises that demonstrate the fundamentals of
negotiation. Find out how to make your personality work for you and not
against you in negotiation. Learn the importance of seeing the issues
from the viewpoint of the other side in negotiation in order to develop a
negotiation plan.
Who should attend?
Anyone who is in a position where negotiation is an important part of the position, including:
- Persons at all levels of management
- Advanced entrepreneurs
- Sales persons, service providers and consultants
