Event Description This workshop will explore the fundamentals of Training and Development
(T&D) using the well-respected ADDIE model. Participants will
discuss how to link T&D to the strategic goals of the organization.
We will also explore ways to ensure T&D is focused more on
application and business impact and a model for calculating Return on
Investment.
