The Peace Corps, which recently celebrated its 50th year, has been a very popular program for our graduates.  In fact, you may be surprised to learn that Rollins is ranked among the top institutions in the Southeast for producing Peace Corps volunteers.  In addition to serving those in need, the Peace Corps' programs in business, health, education, information technology, agriculture, modern languages and the environment are great ways our graduates can gain invaluable experience in an international setting after college. 

Peace Corps service is a life-defining leadership experience. Since 1961, the Peace Corps has shared with the world America's most precious resource – its people. Volunteers serve in 77 countries in Africa, Asia, the Caribbean, Central and South America, Europe, and the Middle East. Peace Corps Volunteers live, learn, and work with a community overseas for 27 months, providing technical assistance in six program areas: education, youth and community development, health, business and information and communications technology, agriculture, and environment. 

Through this webinar, you will meet Rollins’ Peace Corps representative, Dwan Adams, who will provide general information about Peace Corps opportunities for Rollins alumni and the application process/timeline.
