| Application Deadline: The Interactive Marketing Immersion Xperience (I-MIX)
August 4-8, 2013 | Denver, CO
The Interactive Marketing Immersion Xperience (I-MIX) is designed for rising junior and rising senior undergraduates who are considering a career in marketing. During the week-long intensive marketing program 30 students will be immersed in seminars focused on interactive marketing. The program is hosted by a leading company in the field and seminars are led by various marketing executives and a leading academic. Students will also participate in a career and resume workshop led by a premier career coach. After completing this program, participants will gain a decided edge in the marketplace.

• Seminars conducted by senior marketing executives and a leading academic
• Admission to this program is highly selective
• $300 program fee due upon acceptance into program
• All program materials, housing and most meals will be covered

Whether you are ready to write your first resume or you need to spruce up an existing resume, this workshop is for you. Internships, part-time jobs, study abroad, scholarships, career fairs and full-time job searches all require the best resume possible. Learn how to create a resume that will best showcase you, your background, skills and experiences. Bring a pencil and paper as you will want to take notes. Although not required, if you have an existing resume, bring that as well in case you have specific questions or want to make edits directly onto the page. This session is open to all Arts & Sciences, Hamilton Holt, and Professional Studies students and will last approximately 50 minutes. |

| KLD Youth Foundation 3:30 PM - 6:30 PM
The KLD YOUTH FOUNDATION, is a non-profit organization, established in 2002 to provide outside-of-school programs to address the growing problem of unsupervised youths in Brevard County. KLD has expanded to include a K-12 private school for at-risk youth who are not being successful in our public school system. Children are accepted into the programs without regard to race, gender, disability, religion, or national or ethnic origin. Financial support for KLD comes from state funds, grants, and private donations. KLD’s mission is to change lives by educating and empowering young people, one life at a time.
A group of young students from the organization that are preparing to enter into undergraduate life will be visiting our campus to speak to admission counselors, tour the campus, play some games on the Plaza, and make some arts and crafts. |

| Making a Difference: An Evening with Dr. Jane Goodall 7:30 PM - 9:00 PM
Rollins College - Alfond Sports Center - (Warden)
- Limited community tickets become available beginning at 5:30 PM in front of the Alfond Sports Center - these are first come first served tickets. Tickets allow entrance into the Alfond Gym: doors open at 6:30.
- Overflow seating for a live screening of the event will be available as needed. Guests will be directed to overflow rooms if/when Alfond Gym reaches capacity.
- Please arrive no earlier than 5:30 p.m. Doors will open at 6:30 p.m. and we ask that everyone be seated no later than 7:00 p.m.
- On-campus parking
will not be available for this event. Please click here for directions to the
SunTrust garage on Park Avenue, a short walk from the Alfond Sports Center.
- This event will be very heavily attended. Please be aware that there is limited seating and priority seating will be reserved for students, faculty and staff of Rollins College.
- Merchandise will be available for sale before and after the event.
- Dr. Jane Goodall will be doing a book signing after the event. There will be a limit of one item per person.
In her speech, Making a Difference, Dr. Jane Goodall, will bring her audience into the world of the Gombe chimpanzees, from her early observations and experiences to the latest news and stories from the field.
Dr. Goodall will also provide insight into the person behind the globe-trotting international icon: founder of the Jane Goodall Institute, a UN Messenger of Peace, Dame of the British Empire and the subject of countless articles and television programs around the world. She will also discuss the current threats facing the planet and her reasons for hope in these complex times, encouraging everyone to do their part to make a positive difference each and every day.
