Event Description Join our very own Lenny Barrett, professional yoga and exercise instructor (credentials below), twice a month during your lunch breaks for sessions combining yoga, breathing and stretching exercises, and relaxation techniques. These sessions are purposefully no-sweat/low intensity to eliminate the need to shower or change clothes before going back to work. All levels are welcome and every exercise can be adapted to be done sitting in a chair. NEW THIS YEAR: The Office of Multicultural Affairs has purchased yoga mats for use during Rejuvenation Breaks for those that do not already own one.
Please come out with your fellow Rollins colleagues for these sessions on physical and mental rejuvenation! If you should have any questions, please contact Rachel Luce-Hitt in the Office of Multicultural Affairs at rluce@rollins.edu or 407-691-1240.
