Event Description Immersion Facilitator
Application due November 14
Rollins Immersion: Citizens Take Action is searching for immersion facilitators (student, staff and faculty) to help facilitate the two spring break immersion trips. The program exposes participants to critical cultural, social, political and structural issues in the community through experiences of civic and community engagement throughout the academic year.
Job Description and Expectations of the Student Facilitator
· Serve as a representative of the student body
· Meet at least once weekly with co-facilitators to plan the immersion experience
· Market and promote the Alternative Spring Break experience
· Serve as the facilitator for Alternative Spring Break
· Be available for all of spring break (March 3-11)
· Participate in immersion facilitator training
