Event Description
Diabetes Group Class
This is an eight-hour ongoing series. The class is offered on Monday's in two-hour segments for a total of four weeks. Class instructors include a certified diabetes nurse educator, a registered dietitian, pharmacist, wound care specialist, and fitness specialist.

Cost: Most insurances and Medicare cover the cost of this program for qualified persons. Please verify insurance coverage for Diabetes Self Management Training prior to registration.
