Managing Concerns About Falls
Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. Matter of Balance is a national, award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels.
During the free eight-week workshop, participants learn to manage fall risks; increase activity levels; and gain strength, balance and confidence.
Anyone age 60 and older concerned about falling; interested in improving flexibility, strength, and balance; who has fallen in the past; or who has restricted activities because of falling concerns should attend.

Matter of Balance Workshop
Managing Concerns About Falls
Many older adults experience concerns about falling and restrict their activities. Matter of Balance is a national, award-winning program designed to manage falls and increase activity levels.
During the free eight-week workshop, participants learn to manage fall risks; increase activity levels; and gain strength, balance and confidence.
Anyone age 60 and older concerned about falling; interested in improving flexibility, strength, and balance; who has fallen in the past; or who has restricted activities because of falling concerns should attend.

Tuesdays, June 4 - July 23, 1:00 - 3:00 p.m.
Cost
Free (preregistration is required and new participants cannot join this workshop after the 2nd session on June 11)
