Dance Marathon NC State

Event Description
The first annual Dance Marathon at NC State is an event to raise money for Children's Miracle Network at Duke Children's Hospital. Hundreds of NC State students will stand for 12.5 hours straight in support of children battling illness. While standing, students will dance, play games, and meet and hear the stories of our miracle families. Our miracle families put a face to our cause and represent the families and children who benefit from the money raised at Dance Marathon.

This is not just a one-day event. Dance Marathon is a year-round fundraising effort, encompassing several events and organizations over the course of the school year. Across the nation, Dance Marathons are THE largest philanthropy organizations at almost every campus, and raise millions towards the fight for children while providing a fun and engaging outlet for students. Dance Marathon at NC State is just beginning, but is poised and ready to become the fastest growing Dance Marathon in the nation!
