Event Description
Key Haven Camp Ground Annual Meeting --- NC State’s Key Haven campground is located at Kerr Lake and is available for use by all NC State faculty, staff, and graduate students. Key Haven is a 30 acre wooded peninsula which is only a one-hour drive north of Raleigh. The key access camp includes picnic tables, two small shelters, a concrete boat ramp, privies, and water view camping sites (no electricity or drinking water). Making s'mores by the camp fire, picnicking, boating (bring your own boat), swimming, and fishing replaces the normal Raleigh routine when you visit Key Haven. Get your key at our annual meeting which will take place at Friday, February 4th, Green Room of Talley Student Center- 12 noon – 1pm. The membership fee is $35 for new users and $30 for annual renewal.
