Event Description Roger W. Ferguson, Jr., president and CEO, TIAA-CREF, will speak on the topic, "Keeping a Long Term View in Challenging Times.” He will discuss the challenges and accomplishments of his professional journey, and provide some career advice and his thoughts on leadership. He also will provide an overview of TIAA-CREF, a leading provider of retirement services in the academic, research, medical, and cultural fields and a Fortune 100 financial services organization.
