International Education Week 2009!
November 16- 20
International Education Weekis an opportunity to celebrate the benefits of international education and exchange worldwide.
The goal of International Education Week is to promote programs that prepare Americans for a global environment and to attract future leaders from abroad to study, learn, and participate in exchange experiences in the United States.
It is sponsored by the U.S. Department of State and the Department of Education.
NC State is pleased to announce that we will host over 20 international events this year on campus, including lectures and panel presentations, information sessions and cultural events. In addition to these events, we will also be hosting our 6th Annual Passport Fair!
Whether you are applying for a passport for the first time or you are up for renewal, stop by our Passport Fair Tuesday, November 17 in the South Gallery of Talley Student Center between 10:00 AM and 4:00 PM!
Representatives from the U.S. State Department and the USPS will be on site to process passport applications.
