Event Description A celebration of amateur home movies, held in locations around the world. Dig out your old home movies and bring them down, or just come and watch others' films. Meet local film archivists. Learn the long-term benefits of film versus video and digital media. Besides their importance as family records, home movies hold the cultural history of hometowns and bygone days. We can project 8mm, Super8mm, or 16mm home movies (sorry, no video or slides). Free and open to the public. |
Location Information: North Carolina State Archives auditorium (View Map) 109 E. Jones St. Raleigh, NC 27601 United States
