Marshall Brain, founder of the award winning web site HowStuffWorks.com and lecturer at NC State
will lead a discussion on Imagine: How Creativity Works by Jonah Lehrer.
Using examples like the creation of the Barbie doll, the Nike slogan,
and Post-it Notes, the book describes the phenomenon of creativity. The
author’s recent controversy will add an extra dimension to our discussion of this best-seller. |
