The Eighteenth Annual STAND STILL PARADE. Whalan, MN Sat, May 18, 2013. 10 am - 3 pm. Downtown Whalan, MN along the trail.  Food · Music · Games · A Parade That Does Not Move! · Stroll along and view the parade exhibits in Whalan.  "The parade does not move, the spectators do!"
