The Rhubarb Festival celebrates everything Rhubarb! The day beings with Rhubarb Run with proceeds going to the Lanesboro Library. The main event, tasting everything Rhubarb begins at 10:30am, and it's free! There are such delights as savory Rhubarb Chili or Rhubarb Salsa. Rhubarb sweet treats like Rhubarb pies, crisps, bars, Rhubarb drinks and much more. It's free family fun with the celebration of Rhubarb in Minnesotas Rhubarb Capital, Lanesboro, MN.Celebrate Rhubarb, Minnesota's sweet tart favorite.  Free tasting of rhubarb delights, games, music & contests.  Entertainment by the Rhubarb Sisters and other local talent.
